Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of OneCre ("the Service"), operated by WONK AI, at onecre.site. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. The Service is currently offered as an early/beta release.

1. The Service

OneCre turns an uploaded song into an AI-planned music video: it storyboards your track scene by scene, generates images and video for the shots you approve, and edits them to the music. Features may change, be added, or be removed as we improve the Service.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 14 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use OneCre.

3. Your content & rights

You must own or have the rights to any audio and material you upload. Do not upload content you are not permitted to use.
You keep ownership of your content — your uploads and the videos you generate remain yours.
You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service (analyze the track, generate and store your project).

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to create or upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates others' rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Credits, payments & refunds

Generation is powered by credits. Storyboard previews include a limited free allowance; video generation requires paid credits.
Credits are purchased through our payment provider. Prices and pack sizes may change.
If a generation fails on our side, the reserved credits are automatically refunded to your balance.
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have already been used are non-refundable except where required by law. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. AI-generated results

Outputs are produced by AI models and will vary. We do not guarantee that any specific result, quality, or likeness will be produced, and you are responsible for reviewing generated content before you use or publish it.

7. Our intellectual property

The OneCre platform, brand, and software are owned by WONK AI. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or code.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It may contain bugs or be interrupted, especially during the beta period.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WONK AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
